Malvasia Fest of Maiatico

In the Church of San Nicolò in Maiatico, among the hills that were the cradle of this native vine, a celebration that takes us back to the origins of Malvasia. The festival aims to keep the history, tradition and quality of a wine alive. Malvasia, Prosciutto di Parma, fried cake and live music will be the background to the award ceremony of the "Adolfo Longhi" (known local producer of Malvasia) and "Silver Cup" Awards to the best sweet and amateur Malvasia of the Parma Hills.
