The Open Wine Cellar Day

An event established as the central Istrian wine-tourism event over the past two decades. It is held on the last Sunday in May, when Wine Day is also held in some other wine regions of the world, and the dedication to malvasia as part of this event is given in such a way that the ceremonial opening of Istrian Wine Day is held every year at the current champion of young malvasia from the last Vinistra.
